Terms of Service

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms apply to websites, automations and software services provided by Aviora Labs, including PO Autopilot and its QuickBooks Online integration. By using them you agree to these terms. A signed proposal or contract with us takes priority where it differs.

The service

PO Autopilot reads purchase orders your business receives, matches lines to your items, and creates draft records in your accounting system for your team to review. Nothing is finalized or sent to your customers until a person on your team approves it.

Your responsibilities

Fees

Fees, scope and timelines are set out in your proposal. Ongoing service fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

Your data

You own your data and your customers’ data. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. When the service ends you can request an export, and we delete your data as described there.

Third-party services

The service connects to products we do not control, such as QuickBooks Online and your email provider. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and fix problems quickly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Because every draft requires your approval, we are not liable for orders approved with errors.

Ending the service

Either side can end the service with 30 days’ written notice, or immediately if the other side seriously breaches these terms.
