Privacy Policy

Aviora Labs (“we”) builds websites and business automations. This policy explains what data we handle when you use our services, including PO Autopilot and its QuickBooks Online integration, and how we protect it.

Who we are

What we collect

• Contact details you send us (name, business name, email, phone) when you get in touch or become a client.
• Order documents that your customers send you (purchase orders as email or PDF), only when you connect a mailbox to PO Autopilot.
• QuickBooks Online data, only after you connect your company: customers, products and services, and estimates. We read what is needed to match an order to your items and create a draft for your review.
• Technical logs (timestamps, errors) needed to run and troubleshoot the service.

This website itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To provide the service you asked for: reading orders, matching items, creating drafts in your accounting system, preparing confirmation emails.
• To support you and keep the service working.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your data or your customers’ data to train AI models.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service. Each only processes data on our instructions:

• Anthropic — AI processing of order documents (data is not used for model training under their commercial terms).
• Cloudflare and Railway — hosting and database.
• Google Workspace — email.
• Intuit — QuickBooks Online, when you connect it.

QuickBooks access

We access your QuickBooks Online company only after you authorize it through Intuit, and only for the purposes above. Access tokens are stored with restricted access, kept out of source code, and never shared. You can disconnect at any time from your QuickBooks account or by emailing us; see disconnecting.

Retention

We keep order documents and processing records for as long as you use the service, then delete them within 30 days after it ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing ceo@avioralabs.tech. We reply within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, secrets are kept out of source code, and access is limited to the people who run your service.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above. Material changes are emailed to active clients.
